Decades of experience. The company was started in 1965 and continues today as a family operation. Dean Stahlman describes the firm as a “second generation company”; one in which Dean started at a very young age under the watchful eye of his father.

When his father retired in 1980, he said “You have a great opportunity to follow in my footsteps and keep the Stahlman name.  It represents quality work and service for Naples, Marco Island, Ft.Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero. Always remember we are here to enhance and develop Collier and Lee County. It is important to leave it a better place for the future generations to enjoy.”

Besides my father being a hands-on business owner, he was involved in various types of community services and charities.  It was important for him to give back to the local community his growth whenever he could. We have kept that tradition and support local baseball team besides the other charities.

Our firm remains rooted in the principals that helped us succeed for several decades and that continue to set us apart: high quality work with an emphasis on customer service.
